RENT SPECIAL - 4 WEEKS FREE RENT

We will deduct one-weeks rent for the first four months of residency. 

Regular monthly rates:
Private - $2550 to $2790 ($85 - $90 per day)
Semi-Private - $2325 - $2480 ($75 - $80 per day)

Promotional rates of first four months of residency:
Private - $1955 to $2160
Semi-private - $1800 to $1920
All new residents will receive the rent special and only be paying for three weeks rent for the first four months.   Regular rates will then apply beginning the fifth month.

Please note: 
We know that there may be times when someone may not be able to afford our rates due to limited income and we are willing to work with you to help ease this burden within reason.
